Top Line Group and Jigowatts Assess Charging Network Expansion

Announced on September 2, 2026, the Philippines’ Top Line Business Development Corp., through Light Fuels Corp. and its affiliates Vikingland Corp. and Pier Eighty-Eight Ventures Inc., signed a memorandum of understanding with Japan-based Jigowatts Inc. to evaluate the potential rollout of EV charging facilities across the Top Line Group network. The assessment covers selected Light Fuels locations, Bay Mall and Pier88 in Liloan.
