On August 29, Nishat Group’s NexGen Auto introduced the OMODA 7 SHS-P plug-in hybrid SUV in Pakistan, with an ex-factory price of PKR 10,649,000. The SUV uses a fifth-generation 1.5TDGI dedicated hybrid engine paired with a continuously variable dedicated hybrid transmission. Its powertrain produces a combined 341 hp, equivalent to 255 kW, alongside 525 Nm of torque.
