As part of this plan, the Juarez facility will be shut down, with production and operational activities consolidated into the strengthened Matamoros and Brownsville locations.
To reduce the impact of tariffs on US customers, the company has deployed proactive delivery and logistics solutions. These measures are aimed at ensuring continuity of supply while supporting US OEMs in managing cost volatility linked to trade policies.
Capacity Expansion and New Business Momentum
On the domestic front, the Domestic Cables Division has completed its capacity expansion project at Chakan, enhancing readiness for future demand growth. Phoenix Lamps is reporting increased enquiries across export and domestic markets following the Chapter 11 filing of a major global competitor, creating opportunities to capture incremental market share.
The Electronics Division has also secured new project wins from electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers, reflecting growing traction in the EV component space. In addition, Suprajit Engineering has applied for approximately 6 to 8 acres of land at AURIC Bidkin near Aurangabad to support potential future manufacturing and technology initiatives.
