Backed by global automotive partner Stellantis, the company maintained strong delivery momentum and rapid revenue expansion throughout the year. Financial results released Monday show the automaker achieved its first full-year profit while continuing to scale production, increase vehicle shipments, and accelerate international expansion beyond the domestic market.

Financial Performance and Delivery Growth

The automaker reported net income of 540 million yuan, equivalent to about $78.3 million, becoming the second Chinese EV startup to achieve annual profitability after Li Auto. Revenue climbed sharply to 64.73 billion yuan in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of more than 100 percent. Gross margin also improved considerably, reaching 14.5 percent for the year and marking a rise of 6.1 percentage points compared with the previous period.

Delivery Momentum and Global Expansion

Vehicle shipments reached 596,555 units during the year, more than doubling compared with the previous period. Although deliveries declined slightly in December compared with November, the fourth quarter still produced a record performance with more than 200,000 vehicles delivered. The company ended the year with 37.88 billion yuan in cash and maintained positive free cash flow, strengthening its financial position.

Strategic Investments and New Model Plans

Investment activity also supported the company’s growth strategy. At the end of December, China FAW Group invested 3.74 billion yuan, which slightly reduced the ownership stake of Stellantis to 18.99 percent. International shipments reached 67,052 vehicles in 2025, placing the brand among the leading Chinese EV startups in export volume. Looking ahead, the company plans to introduce four vehicle product series in 2026, with the new A10 model scheduled to launch on March 26.
