Geely Introduces Base Trim of Flagship Monjaro in Russia

Chinese automaker Geely has introduced the updated base trim of the Geely Monjaro crossover for the Russian market, expanding availability of its flagship SUV. Priced at RUB 4,599,990, the entry configuration combines a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with an advanced 8-speed automatic transmission using a torque converter. The powertrain produces 238 hp and works with an intelligent all-wheel-drive system featuring an electro-hydraulic clutch capable of distributing torque between the axles in a balanced 50:50 ratio for stability control during driving.
