On December 23, Innoviz Technologies Ltd. introduced InnovizThree LiDAR, expanding its automotive-grade sensing portfolio with a slimmer, more energy-efficient design aimed at advanced driver-assistance systems. The new solution is engineered to deliver high-precision perception while supporting flexible integration across multiple vehicle mounting positions.
InnovizThree LiDAR delivers extended detection and accuracy
InnovizThree LiDAR offers enhanced long-distance accuracy with detection capabilities extending beyond 250 meters, supporting reliable perception at highway speeds. The system is designed to improve object detection and classification at longer ranges, helping OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers meet growing ADAS performance requirements without increasing system complexity.
Compact design enables flexible vehicle integration
Weighing just 600 grams, InnovizThree LiDAR features reduced lateral dimensions that allow seamless installation:

• Roof interior

• Behind the windshield

• Front grille

Its compact form factor supports cleaner vehicle design while simplifying integration across multiple platforms.
Lower power consumption and improved cost efficiency
The sensor includes flexible operating modes, including a low-power setting of 13W that enables behind-the-windshield placement without causing cabin noise disturbance. In addition, the product is positioned at a 35% lower cost compared with InnovizTwo, supporting broader scalability for series production.
InnovizThree LiDAR is scheduled for its first live public demonstration at CES 2026, highlighting the company’s focus on combining long-range performance, compact packaging, and cost efficiency for next-generation ADAS deployments.
