The funding arrives only six months after the startup completed a 500 million yuan Series A round in mid-2025. The startup was founded in 2022 by Huang Zehua, a co-founder of autonomous trucking company TuSimple. Its leadership team also includes Zhang Hongsong, previously general manager of Sany Heavy Truck and vice president at Foton Daimler. With nearly 300 employees, the company is assembling a team combining experience in heavy-duty vehicle manufacturing, electrification, and autonomous driving technologies.

Vertically Integrated Electric Truck Architecture

Unlike many competitors that adapt conventional internal combustion engine truck platforms, the company designed its vehicles from the ground up around electrification. Its truck architecture incorporates an internally developed chassis integration system paired with a high-strength integrated frame. This design strategy allows the platform to support high performance electric propulsion while also creating a reliable hardware base for advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving capabilities.

Electric Drive System Performance

The company’s mass-produced integrated electric drive axle delivers up to 860 horsepower, demonstrating the performance capabilities of electrified heavy-duty powertrains.
