Danfoss Secures Full Control of Semikron Danfoss

Danfoss completed the acquisition of the remaining shares in Semikron Danfoss on March 9, increasing its ownership from 62 percent to full control. The move strengthens the company’s ability to deliver industrial-scale power electronics solutions while sharpening strategic focus on core markets such as industrial drives, renewable energy systems, data centers, energy storage, off-highway construction machinery, and commercial on-highway vehicles beyond the electric passenger car segment.
