JSW MG Motor India MG Majestor SUV Debuts with 5-5-5 Ownership Programme

The JSW MG Motor India MG Majestor SUV has been introduced with a structured ownership initiative aimed at enhancing long-term customer value. Positioned as India's first D+ SUV, the model will be offered with a “5-5-5 Complete Peace of Mind” programme designed to simplify ownership and reduce operational uncertainty for buyers.

The programme integrates multiple ownership benefits into a standard package that begins from the time of purchase. By combining warranty protection, roadside support, and service coverage, the initiative is structured to appeal to high-mileage drivers, long-distance travelers, and off-road enthusiasts who require predictable running costs.

5-5-5 Ownership Programme Structure

The ownership plan is designed to deliver a comprehensive support package without requiring optional upgrades or separate purchases. All benefits are included as a standard offering for Majestor customers.

Powertrain and Off-Road Capabilities

The Majestor is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine delivering 215.5 PS and 478.5 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and is available in both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive configurations.

Designed with strong off-road credentials, the SUV incorporates triple differential locks at the front, rear, and centre. Additional off-road features include 10 selectable terrain modes, Crawl Control functionality, 219 mm ground clearance, and water wading capability of up to 810 mm.

Advanced Driver Assistance and Market Introduction

The vehicle also integrates Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, making it the first D+ segment SUV in India to introduce this technology within its category.

Pre-reservations for the JSW MG Motor India MG Majestor SUV are open with a booking amount of INR 41,000 through the company’s official platform. The first 3,000 customers securing early reservations will receive the 5-5-5 ownership benefits.

Showroom display units and customer test drives are scheduled to begin in April 2026, while deliveries are expected to start from May 2026.

JSW MG Motor India operates as a joint venture between SAIC Motor and JSW Group. The company manufactures vehicles at its Halol facility in Gujarat, which has an annual production capacity exceeding 100,000 vehicles.
