On January 31, Belrise Industries Limited (BIL) confirmed a significant expansion move with an order to establish a new manufacturing facility in Haridwar for one of India’s largest two-wheeler OEMs. The Belrise Industries Haridwar manufacturing plant will strengthen domestic supply capabilities and support high-demand vehicle platforms.

Manufacturing scope and supply focus

The upcoming Haridwar facility is planned to cater to the OEM’s highest-selling and already established models. The plant will be configured to handle a rapid production ramp-up, reflecting sustained demand and long-term volume visibility across core two-wheeler segments. Key components to be supplied from the new plant include:

• Chassis systems

• Exhaust systems

• BIW parts

Production timeline and operational outlook

According to the announcement, the start of production from the Belrise Industries Haridwar manufacturing plant is targeted for Q4 FY26, corresponding to the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The timeline indicates readiness for accelerated scaling to align with the OEM’s production schedules.
