The launch of series production comes after targeted capacity and equipment enhancements at the Pekan plant. These upgrades were implemented to ensure the facility can support the new model while maintaining consistent quality and output efficiency.

The improvements include expanded body sub-assembly capability along with refinements across critical operations such as:

• Painting processes

• Final vehicle assembly

• Inspection and quality checks

All Mitsubishi Xforce units produced at Pekan are built in line with Mitsubishi Motors’ global manufacturing standards.

Delivery timeline and production outlook

Following the completion of production validation, MMM plans to begin initial vehicle deliveries in April. The company is targeting the handover of approximately 800 vehicles in the first phase, aligning output with early market demand while ensuring production stability.
