Under the hood, the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. This setup delivers 258hp and 400Nm of torque, making it the highest-output X3 currently available in the Indian market.
Power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed Steptronic automatic transmission and BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system. The SUV accelerates from 0 to 100kph in 6.3 seconds and has a claimed fuel efficiency of 14.61kpl, balancing performance with everyday usability.
BMW continues to offer other engine options in the X3 lineup:
  • xDrive 20 petrol producing 190hp and 310Nm with a 0–100kph time of 7.8 seconds
  • xDrive 20d diesel delivering 197hp and 400Nm, completing the sprint in 7.7 seconds

Exterior design and colour options
The new variant comes equipped with the M Sport Professional package, adding a few exclusive exterior touches. These include a gloss black kidney grille, red M Sport brake callipers, and larger 20-inch alloy wheels, which are one size up from the 19-inch rims offered on other trims.
Signature elements such as the illuminated grille surround, M badges on the front fenders, illuminated door sills, and M-specific pedals remain consistent across the range. The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro also introduces a new Brooklyn Grey paint option, joining Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Tanzanite Blue, and Dune Grey.

Inside, the cabin layout mirrors the existing X3 variants, focusing on technology and comfort. The dashboard houses dual digital displays and is paired with a flat-bottom, three-spoke steering wheel and sport seats for front occupants.

Prices will be announced on February 16, 2026, and are expected to sit slightly above the existing X3 price band of Rs 72.10 lakh to Rs 73.20 lakh. In India, it will compete directly with the Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLC, and Land Rover Discovery Sport.
