The inauguration ceremony was attended by Andrea Conchetto, CEO of Carraro Group, Italy, and Dr. Balaji Gopalan, Managing Director of Carraro India Limited. Partners, customers, and key stakeholders were also present, underlining the strategic importance of the new service centre in Carraro’s long-term India roadmap.
Focus on agriculture, construction, and material handling segments

These facilities will deliver OEM-grade spare parts, specialised repairs, and technical support for tractors, construction equipment, and material handling machinery.
Carraro India’s manufacturing and supplier ecosystem
Carraro India operates as an independent Tier-I solution provider for axles, transmission systems, gears, and related components. The company runs two manufacturing plants in Pune with in-house R&D capabilities and is supported by a supplier base of over 180 domestic suppliers across eight Indian states, along with more than 55 international suppliers.
