The event was led by Won Yong Hwang, CEO of ZKW Group GmbH. The Neolite ZKW Pune automotive lighting plant commenced operations in December 2025, marking a key milestone in the company’s India growth strategy.

Located close to the Mumbai–Pune–Nashik–Aurangabad automotive cluster, the facility enables faster response times and efficient collaboration with major OEM customers. An independent design centre has been established at the Pune facility, equipped with advanced design tools, simulation software, 3D modelling, optical design capabilities, prototyping, and validation support. This centre enables end-to-end in-house development while ensuring compliance with global performance benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
