Geely Galaxy V900 Extended-Range MPV was officially confirmed for launch on January 20, marking an important step for Geely Auto’s premium multi-purpose vehicle strategy. The new V900 brings the smooth driving feel of a battery electric vehicle while eliminating range concerns through an integrated range-extender system.
The model entered pre-sales on January 7 in three four-wheel-drive variants — Pro, Max, and Collector’s Edition — aimed at buyers looking for both long-distance capability and high-end MPV comfort.
Pre-sales pricing and variants
The Geely Galaxy V900 Extended-Range MPV is positioned in the upper segment of the electrified MPV market, with pricing structured across three trims:

• Pro – RMB 319,800

• Max – RMB 349,800

• Collector’s Edition – RMB 389,800

All versions come standard with all-wheel drive, reinforcing Geely Galaxy’s focus on premium performance and all-weather usability.
Extended-range electric powertrain
At its core, the V900 is an extended-range electric vehicle designed to deliver the refined driving feel of a BEV while using a compact combustion engine only to generate electricity when required.
Key powertrain highlights include:

• 1.5-liter range-extender engine

• Maximum output of 120 kW

• Electric-first driving experience

This setup allows the MPV to operate mainly on electric power while ensuring long-distance flexibility, making it suitable for both urban and intercity travel.
Battery options and driving range
The Geely Galaxy V900 Extended-Range MPV uses ternary lithium battery packs supplied by CALB, offering buyers two capacity choices:

• 43.3 kWh battery

• 50 kWh battery

Depending on configuration, the MPV delivers:

• 220 km or 260 km CLTC pure-electric range

• 1,180 km or 1,220 km combined CLTC range with a full tank and fully charged battery

This combination positions the V900 as a long-range family and executive MPV with minimal charging anxiety.

Built on the LEVC L380 platform
The V900 is the extended-range electric version of the L380 MPV developed by Geely’s London Electric Vehicle Company. It was first shown publicly at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2025, following the earlier BEV launch of the L380 in June 2024.
In March 2025, Geely elevated Geely Galaxy from a product lineup into a full-fledged brand, bringing LEVC into the group as its premium MPV division. The V900 is one of the first models to reflect this upgraded brand positioning.
