High-performance magnesium-aluminum dual-motor e-drive
The magnesium-aluminum alloy dual-motor unit uses an ultra-lightweight housing to reduce system mass while maintaining high structural strength. It delivers a total system weight of 109.5 kg and achieves a power density of 3.1 kW/kg at a peak output of 340 kW.

A hard-mold semi-solid magnesium alloy die-casting process is used for the housing, delivering an overall weight reduction of approximately 30% compared with conventional structures. To further enhance performance, an oil-cooling system directly manages both stator and rotor temperatures, improving thermal stability under high-load operation.
12-in-1 domain control e-drive for global EV platforms
The 12-in-1 domain control e-drive integrates twelve functional modules into a single compact unit, significantly reducing complexity and packaging space. Running on a 400V IGBT platform, it delivers a CLTC efficiency of 90% while keeping the total system mass below 79.8 kg.
This ultra-integrated unit has been applied to the Geely Galaxy E5 and its international variants, making it a globally deployable solution for compact and mid-size electric vehicles. The design supports scalable production for markets both inside and outside China.
