The combination of these facilities is designed to support multiple electric-mobility use cases at one location while providing dedicated infrastructure for both electric cars and electric motorcycles.

The agreement follows a memorandum of understanding signed by V-Green Indonesia and Hutama Karya Group in April 2026. That MoU covers cooperation on charging hubs using Hutama Karya's strategic land assets, as well as charging infrastructure at 29 rest areas along the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road. The latest Kemayoran lease therefore represents a subsequent implementation step under the broader cooperation framework. V-Green Indonesia also plans to deploy chargers across those 29 rest areas, extending the charging network beyond the Jakarta hub and into a wider toll-road infrastructure footprint.
