The study also recognized parent corporations with the strongest model-level performance. Manufacturing facilities were also honored based on defects and malfunctions in vehicles produced. The Gold Plant Quality Award for North and South America went to Hyundai Motor Group's Nuevo Leon KMX plant in Mexico, where the Kia K4 is produced.

In Germany, Porsche AG's Leipzig plant, producing the Porsche Macan and Porsche Panamera, and the Stuttgart plant, manufacturing the Porsche 911 and Porsche Taycan, both received Gold Plant Quality Awards for Europe and Africa.
