JAECOO 6T REEV Launched in Thailand with Up to 800 km Combined Range

Omoda & Jaecoo Thailand officially introduced the JAECOO 6T REEV on June 29, 2026, during the TECH DAY 2026 event organized by Chery Group in Thailand. The range-extended electric SUV entered the market with two variants. The 2WD MAX carries a special introductory price of THB 879,900, while the 4WD ULTRA is available for THB 979,900. The launch expands the company's electrified SUV portfolio by offering customers a choice between rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations built around its latest REEV technology.

The SUV adopts a rugged, box-shaped exterior inspired by off-road vehicles while maintaining dimensions of 4,503 mm in length, 1,950 mm in width, and 1,785 mm in height. It is built around Chery Group's Golden Range Extension Technology, combining electric propulsion with a gasoline-powered range extender. This configuration is intended to provide extended driving capability while retaining the benefits of electric mobility for daily use.

The 2WD MAX combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine with a single rear-mounted electric motor. This setup generates 252 hp and 300 Nm of torque, delivering an NEDC-rated electric-only driving range of 190 km and a maximum combined driving range of up to 800 km. The 4WD ULTRA produces 428 hp and 505 Nm of torque, enabling stronger acceleration and enhanced all-wheel-drive capability.
