Nio Achieves Strongest Growth Among Major Brands

Nio ranked eighth in China's NEV retail market with 40,525 vehicles sold, representing a 4.0% market share. Retail sales surged 62.6% year-on-year and increased 7.7% compared with May. According to figures released earlier by the company, total deliveries reached 40,597 vehicles during June, marking its highest monthly delivery volume of 2026. Tesla recorded retail sales of 52,920 vehicles during June, declining 13.9% from a year earlier but improving 11.9% over May to retain fifth place with a 5.3% market share. Xiaomi EV ranked tenth after selling 34,738 vehicles, increasing 36.4% year-on-year and 6.0% month-on-month. The company exceeded 30,000 monthly retail sales for the third consecutive month. Its YU7 SUV delivered 14,324 units, rising 63.97% from May, while SU7 sedan deliveries declined 12.10% year-on-year to 20,414 units, extending its sequence of annual declines to nine consecutive months.
